Yes. The floor runs up to 2,500 finished garments a working day, roughly 55,000 a month, and bulk production holds at 10 to 14 days at that scale rather than stretching. A standing programme is booked against a written production calendar, fabric is reserved ahead of each run, and repeat orders are matched back to the approved sample so the third delivery looks like the first. The ten-piece minimum is the entry point, not the size of the business — the same line handles a test drop and a season-long contract, which is why a brand does not have to change factory when it grows.

Yes — that is the core of what we do. Every order ships with your custom woven neck label, your printed care and wash instructions, your hangtags and your packaging. No Wolvate branding appears anywhere on the garment, the polybag or the carton.

Our standing library covers everything from a 100 GSM rain shell to a 380 GSM modal blend, including a 300 GSM contact interlock for rugby and a double-face piqué that is 65% cotton yet still takes full sublimation. It is a starting point, not a limit: we knit to your composition and weight, so a request for 68% polyester / 32% elastane at 195 GSM is produced as specified. Every quote states the yarn construction, composition and GSM with its tolerance.

Yes. We ship to brands, fulfilment centres and warehouses internationally, with export documentation prepared on our side and handover to your freight forwarder or ours.

Sampling is a stage of the order, not a starting point. Once the design, fabric and quantity are agreed we produce a physical sample in your colourway with your labels applied, and nothing goes to bulk until you sign it off. Terms and turnaround for your specific sample are confirmed with the quote.

Bulk production runs 10 to 14 days once the specification is approved. Shipping transit sits on top of that and depends on your destination and freight method, so we quote it separately rather than folding it into a single optimistic number. You receive a written production calendar at order confirmation.

No. Our ten-person design team works on your range at no cost, across every product group we manufacture. Send a logo, a colour direction or a reference and you get artwork, colourways and a technical spec sheet back — you only pay for garments.
