Custom Rugby Kit Manufacturer
Rugby is the one discipline where a standard 135 GSM jersey knit simply fails. We run a dedicated RBY-300 contact interlock at 300 GSM with 12% elastane — heavy enough to resist grabbing and stretch recovery good enough that the jersey returns to shape after every ruck. A lighter interlock build is available for training and touch formats.

- Woven micro gabardine shorts are offered in both polyester and cotton at 240 GSM
- Match and training builds share artwork, so a club orders one design across two price points
- Heavy knit still takes full sublimation — no transfer edges to lift under contact
