Construction
How we build it
These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.
- Sponsor artwork is laid out at production scale before bulk — small type is where cheap sublimation fails
- The double-face piqué is the unusual one: a 65% cotton polo that still takes full sublimation
- One artwork set is adapted across jersey, hoodie, polo and bag so a drop looks like one family
- Hoodies run at 310 GSM, which is merch weight rather than promotional weight
