Team Kit for Sports Clubs

A club buying kit is usually two or three steps away from the people who make it — a reseller, a distributor, sometimes a brand in between. Here you are talking to the floor. We knit, cut, sew, print and pack in our own building, which is why a club order and a bulk brand programme run on the same line to the same standard.

What a club order covers

A match strip, a training set, and something for the bench or the away trip — shirts, shorts, socks, tracksuits, rain jackets, polos and bags all come off our own floor. The minimum is ten pieces per style and colourway, so a squad of fifteen ordering shirts, shorts and socks sits comfortably above it, and a small youth section is not priced out of its own kit.

Your badge, your colours

Full sublimation dyes the design into the fabric instead of laying it on top, so a crest survives a season of washing without cracking at the edges. Names and numbers are part of that print rather than something applied afterwards. Embroidery and DTF are used where the garment suits them better — a club polo or a coach’s jacket usually does.

The design costs you nothing

A ten-person design team works on your kit at no charge. Send a crest, a colour reference, or a photograph of last season’s shirt, and artwork and colourways come back. Most suppliers either bill for this or hand it to the one volunteer at the club who happens to own design software.

You see it before you commit

Nothing goes to bulk until you have approved a physical sample in your own colours with your labels already applied. Sampling is a stage of the order rather than a giveaway — it follows the design, fabric and quantity being agreed, and the terms for your sample are confirmed with the quote.

Planning around a fixture list

Bulk production runs 10 to 14 days once the specification is approved. Shipping sits on top of that and is quoted separately rather than folded into one optimistic number, because a club planning around a first fixture needs the real figure rather than a comfortable one.

Next season, and the season after

Repeat runs are matched back to the approved sample rather than re-interpreted, so a shirt made for a new player in year three sits next to a year-one shirt without a visible difference in colour. That consistency is the thing a club loses when the supplier changes every season.

FAQ

We are a club with 25 players. Is that too small an order?

No. The minimum is ten pieces per style and colourway, so 25 shirts is well inside it. The same line runs up to 2,500 garments a day, but nothing about it requires you to order at that scale.

We need 100 shirts and 100 tracksuits. Can you do both?

Yes, and on the same order. Shirts, shorts, socks, tracksuits, training tops, rain jackets, polos, bags and accessories are all produced on our own floor, so one club order does not turn into four suppliers and four delivery dates.

How much does it cost?

There is no price list, because a football shirt and a 300 GSM rugby shirt with embroidery are not the same garment. Tell us the sport, the quantity and roughly what you want, and a written quote comes back within 24 hours stating the fabric composition and GSM with its tolerance, the decoration method and the lead time.

Can you reproduce the kit we had last year?

Send a photograph and, if you still have it, the old shirt. The design team rebuilds the artwork and the colour is confirmed against a physical sample before anything goes to bulk.

We are a youth club with four age groups in different sizes.

The size curve inside a style is flexible: the ten-piece minimum is per style and colourway, not per size. Mixed size runs across age groups are ordinary work here.

Do you deliver to our club address?

Yes. Export documentation is prepared on our side and handed to your freight forwarder or ours, and delivery goes to whichever address you give us.

How long does the whole thing take?

Design and sampling run at the pace you approve them. Once the specification is signed off, bulk production is 10 to 14 days, with shipping transit on top and quoted separately. You receive a written production calendar at order confirmation.
