The four production stages
Free Design & Fabric Selection
Send a finished tech pack, a sketch, or just a logo. Our ten-person design team builds the artwork and colourways at no charge, recommends fabrics by construction and GSM, and confirms the size grading against your market.
You receive: Artwork + spec sheet + fabric options

Specification & Sampling
With the design, fabric and quantity agreed, we cut and sew a physical sample in your colourway with your labels already applied. Revisions run until you sign off — nothing goes to bulk before that.
You receive: Approved physical sample

Bulk Production & Labelling
The approved sample sets the standard for the line, and bulk runs in 10 to 14 days. Woven labels, care tags and packaging are applied in-house, with inline checks during production and a full pre-shipment inspection.
You receive: QC report + production photos

Logistics & Delivery
Folded, polybagged and carton-packed to your specification, with barcodes and size stickers if your retail channel needs them. We prepare export documentation and hand off to your forwarder or ours.
You receive: Export documents + tracking

Quality control
What we check, and when
- Fabric weight and composition verified against the approved specification before cutting
- Print register and colour matched to the signed-off sample, not to the artwork file
- Inline checks during sewing, so a fault is caught on the line rather than in the carton
- Pre-shipment inspection on every order, with photographs sent before dispatch
Decoration
How the artwork gets on
Full sublimation
Dye is bonded into the fibre, so artwork cannot crack, peel or fade the way a transfer does. Unlimited colours, panel-to-panel graphics and gradients at no extra cost per colour.
Cut & sew
Colour blocking built from separately cut panels rather than printed. Used where a design needs genuine fabric contrast or a mix of textures in one garment.
Embroidery & appliqué
Woven and embroidered crests, sponsor marks and captain bands, applied in-house alongside your labelling.
