Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer

A t-shirt is the one garment where every factory can supply the blank and almost none can finish it properly. Ours run on 150 GSM combed cotton for retail weight, 135 GSM micro interlock where the tee has to perform, and a 180 GSM lycra jersey where it has to stretch — but the reason to order them here is what goes on top. Embroidery and DTF transfer are applied on our own floor, on the same order, so a chest logo in flat or 3D stitch and a full-colour back graphic arrive on one garment without a second supplier.

What we produce for t-shirts

  • Cotton tees

  • Stretch tees

Lycra single jersey at 180 GSM with four-way stretch, cut close to the body.

  • Oversized and boxy blocks

Dropped shoulder and wider body on the same cotton, for streetwear and merch drops.

  • Tank tops

Sleeveless build in cotton or lycra jersey, bound armholes rather than folded.

Decoration:Embroidery in flat and 3D stitch, DTF transfer, silicone and screen print, sublimation on polyester bodies.

Fabric selection

Fabrics we recommend for t-shirts

These are the constructions we run as standard for this discipline, with the factory tolerance of ±5 GSM. They are a starting point — name your own composition and weight and we knit it instead.

Construction

How we build it

These are the details that do not show in a product photo and decide whether your customer orders a second time.

  • Embroidery runs in-house in flat and 3D stitch, digitised from your artwork rather than traced by a subcontractor
  • DTF transfer carries full-colour detail and fine type onto cotton, which sublimation cannot do — cotton will not take a dye-sublimation print
  • Both decorations can sit on the same garment in one order: stitched chest mark, printed back graphic, no second supplier and no second lead time
  • Cotton-rich bodies are quoted with a confirmed shrinkage tolerance before bulk, because a tee that moves half a size after washing is the one complaint a merch buyer never forgets
