Anything we manufacture for you is governed by the written quotation, specification sheet and order confirmation we agree with you separately. Where this website and a signed order say different things, the order wins.
We manufacture under other companies’ brands. The site, the enquiry form and the prices we quote are intended for apparel brands, clubs, retailers and corporate buyers, not for consumers buying a single garment.
Fabric weights, compositions, minimum quantities and lead times shown on this site describe what we run as standard. They are a starting point for a conversation, not an offer.
Fabric weights carry the manufacturing tolerance stated alongside them. The binding figures for your order are the ones written into your quotation and confirmed before a sample is cut.
Photographs and concept designs shown here illustrate work we can produce. Colour reproduction varies between screens, so colour is always confirmed against a physical sample rather than against this website.
The text, photography, concept designs and the Wolvate name and marks on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially or present them as your own work.
Artwork, logos and technical packs that you send us remain entirely yours. We use them to quote and to manufacture your order and for nothing else, and we do not show a customer’s finished product as our own reference without asking first.
We keep this site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Content may change without notice as our production range changes.
Where the site links to another organisation, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this website — the site is an introduction to what we manufacture, and commercial commitments live in the order documents.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes about this website. Your statutory rights in your own country are unaffected.
